Dear Pet Owners,

For the safety of yourself, our community and our team, please take note of how to enter or exit the building for doctor exam appointments.

On Friday June 5th 2020, we will begin allowing clients back into our building as part of the COVID-19 phase 2 initiative for Doctor Exam Appointments ONLY.

All doggie daycare participants, hotel guests, grooming pets, drop off pets, or patients with a technician appointment will continue to be curbside service. If you’re unsure, please give us a call before entering the building.

A mask will be required for all family members before entry into the building.

The ENTRANCE will now be through the RIGHT SIDE VESTIBULE (when looking at the hospital) We will not allow clients to wait in our lobby.

Once inside the building, please check in with a receptionist at the front desk and continue to honor social distancing practices.

If an exam room is available, we will escort you into the exam room where you will wait with your pet. If there is no room availability, our reception team will check you in and ask you to wait outside until an exam room becomes available.

Once the exam is complete, the technician will check you out in the exam room and you will EXIT our building through the DOOR ON THE RIGHT (or the LEFT SIDE VESTIBULE (if looking at the hospital).

We have paw prints on the floor to show you the correct path to walk in and out.

If you are not comfortable coming inside for any reason, we will continue to provide curbside services or allow your pet to be seen as a drop off appointment. Please stay in your car and give us a call upon arrival to make us aware.

We really appreciate your patience and trusting us with the care of your pets. We are honored to continue to serve you and help your pet live longer, happier, and healthier. Thank you for your continued support!

We continue to be here to serve you and your pets at Trinity Animal Hospital and will be operating on normal hours for all service.

We are also still offering FREE HOME DELIVERY for medication or food if you’re within 10 miles of the practice.

Sincerely,

The Trinity Animal Hospital Team
