Dear Pet Owners,

It has been an extraordinary few weeks as our world faces historic challenges with the growing Coronavirus pandemic. Amid the stress and uncertainty, it’s never been more critical to stay connected with one another, even as we practice social distancing to reduce transmission and keep each other healthy and safe. We remain dedicated to keeping you informed about the actions Trinity Animal Hospital is taking for you during this challenging time.

We continue to be here to serve you and your pets at Trinity Animal Hospital and will be operating on normal hours for all service.

For the protection of yourself, our dedicated team, and our healthcare community, please stay in your vehicle for curbside service. We will come out directly to your vehicle and pick up your pet from you for all services.

If you need to pick up medications or food for your pet, then we will deliver it to your vehicle upon arrival. We also are currently offering FREE HOME DELIVERY for medication or food if you’re within 10 miles of the practice.

  • We will continue to provide your pets with the highest quality care you’ve come to expect, but with the protective measure in place:
  • When you arrive at our office, a team member will meet you at your car window to discuss your pet’s visit or your current needs.
  • Our team member will then bring your pet into our office where the doctor will perform their exam and then communicate with you via phone or in person at your vehicle regarding any treatment.
  • We will then bring your pet back to you and you can pay via our portable terminals or provide you card information over the telephone.

We know this is a very unique situation and one we do not take lightly. Our team members continue to follow stringent protection protocols and sanitize themselves and terminals between each appointment.

We will get through this, by staying true to our values of teamwork, reliability, integrity and a servant heart at all times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and we are honored to help provide you with peace of mind and continue to help you pet live longer, happier, and healthier. Thank you for your continued support as we navigate this challenge, and we hope everyone remains healthy and safe.
